On
Saturday, 15 October 2005, the Hopkins Phoenix Observatory hosted a "Serious
Astronomy Get Together" and Turkey Fry (Fire Demo). While the Turkey
Fry went well, there was some disappointment that there was no fire demo.
The intent was to provide a show and tell and discussion of photometry
(single channel and CCD), spectroscopy and CCD imaging. The following
are some image from the meeting.
