Comments: I am scientific officer of my institution and in-charge of Public Outreach Programme I have started a program of involving local amateur astronomers in doing observational programmes. Out next batch (3rd) started on 16th of Sept – it would take about 6-8 weeks before they start observing. We will also use C8 and have some amateurs estimating the magnitudes visually
